Exchangers

Real humans.
On every single trade.

Flow Exchange isn't a black box. Every trade is handled by a vetted exchanger who is trained on our flow, identifiable in our community, and accountable to the standard below.

Who we put in the seat

Hand-picked

Exchangers are nominated, interviewed, and approved by leadership — never self-appointed. Trust is earned, not granted.

Trained on every flow

Every exchanger walks through our internal handbook before their first trade and re-certifies as the platform evolves.

Fast, but never rushed

We aim to resolve trades in minutes — but our flow is built to slow down the moment something looks off.

Reachable in plain language

No support tickets that vanish. Exchangers communicate inside your trade with full context, in plain English.

Public conduct standard

What every exchanger commits to

These rules are public on purpose. If something in your trade doesn't match what's below, escalate — we'd rather hear about a near-miss than a problem.

  • Verify before you move

Confirm what is being sent, what is being received, and the rate in writing inside the ticket — every time.

  • Escrow, then release

Funds always pass through escrow. Releases require both sides to confirm. No exceptions, even for repeat traders.

  • Disclose every fee

If a fee applies, it appears in the ticket up front. Hidden charges or surprise deductions are grounds for removal.

  • Stay in the ticket

Trades stay in their dedicated channel. Exchangers will never move a trade to DMs or off-platform tools.

  • Pause when in doubt

If something feels rushed, inconsistent, or coerced, exchangers stop the trade and call in leadership before continuing.

Ready to trade?

Open a ticket and meet your exchanger.

Whether it's your first flow or your fiftieth, the exchanger on the other side of the ticket is held to the same standard, every time.
